This documentary is excellent, in all ways. The book gives background and text to the many people, both academics and individuals, who were interviewed. It explores the questions of whether neoliberal policies promote growth, or are merely a reframing of colonial policies under a new guise. Watch the documentary, read the book, and decide for yourself.

This book is completely useless - it looks like they just wanted to make some easy money. Most importantly, there are no background interviews in there. No comparison to the PBS film and book Commanding Heights. I wanted to give it a "zero star" but that is not possible.
