This book is excellent. We had this book given to us years ago and borrowed it to a friend. It was never returned. When we saw that this was available, we bought it immediately. We apologize for the late review, but due to some unexpected sickness and accidents that ended up in the hospital, this is the first time we were able to send a review. We will definitely be ordering from Amazon again, in fact we have done already. Thank you for again for your excellent products and we definitely have passed your promptness and high quality items to others that we know. Thank you also for your patience in us being so slow in reviewing this item.
