Best and simplest way to understand your healing process,

Carolyn Myss was new to me when I bought this. However, since then I have studied many of her tapes and books and attended a couple of her presentations. She's one of the best at keeping the healing process simple and explaining it in a way that will help you to begin to heal. This is about mind/body medicine. When you understand that the way you are identifying yourself and your illness is part of why you are not healing you will be able to begin the healing process. She's all about empowerment and this is probably the first of her books/tapes to start with.
