As a pastor in the United Methodist Church, I found this book to be inspiring. While I did not agree with everything the author said, I greatly appreciated the author's attempt to have the reader seriously reconsider the problems the mainline denominations have created for themselves. Once I started reading, I just couldn't put this book down. This book will challenge you, cause you to smile, and cause you to cry in agony, but one thing it won't do is bore you! I highly recommend this book to shake up your thinking and you help you get back to your original calling and be the kind of leader that God intended a pastor to be.
