I am highly interested in the book and will probably read it in spite of its excessive cost. Less than 300 pages and over twice the cost of the typical Kindle/paperback book and multiple times more expensive in hardback. Not exactly trying to make it accessible to the masses, are they?
It was given a great deal of attention when Glenn Beck mentioned it so prominently. There is no way I will pay the asked price for any version of this book. The kindle price is THE most ridiculous I have seen yet. I will read up on the topic from other sources until this book gets a pricing sanity check.
