I have had this crossbow for a month now and I practice with it about 3 times a week. Out of the box this bow was perfect at 20, 30, 50 yards. One downside would be the red dot scope, it is blurry at times and it hard to see if there is bright sunlight around. I have not used this crossbow for hunting yet but I will towards the end of this year. This crossbow is a lot quieter than others that I have tested, which is good for hunting purposes. The only issue that I have had since owning this crossbow is finding a reasonably priced target that will stop these bolts at 50 yards. I would buy this crossbow again if anything happens to this one.

right out of the box this bow was easy to put together and extremely accurate.last month I shot a deer with it at 40 yds arrow passed through with no problems. great bow my only recommendation is that if you are thinking about using a cocking rope buy the wicked ridge invader it comes with one and is cheaper than buying one seperate for the warrior.

I purchased this bow and I am very pleased. Assembly was easy and fit/finish was good and the trigger is as good as they say. Right out of the box it shoots good at 20,30 and 40 yards. I purchased a Horton Universal rope cocker and for hunting it works well. The 10 point system looks nice but thats allot of $. Being new to crossbows I thought I could hunt out of my treestand but its pretty heavy, I would suggest if you do want to use it in a stand have a gun rail. For use in blind its perfect. As other reviews have noted the red dot scope is not great but its more then adequate until you find an alternative, it doesn't gather light, has no magnification but I have had no fog ups yet. I am contemplating the anti vibration kit but I haven't shot an animal yet to see if they jump the string, I would say the noise is a little louder then my Matthews. By the way I am using XX75 Eastons and it seems to work fine with my 125 gr. Thunderheads. You have to shoot this bow to uncock it so have an chunk of foam or something to shoot into so you don't bust a practice arrow.

Received within a week. Connected the limbs to the stock, the stirrup to the limbs, and looked at it until I could get it to the range. Assembly only took a couple of minutes. Out of the box I was shooting a 1" group at 20 yds in the bullseye. At 40 yrds with no adjustments I had groups ranging from 1" to 2 1/2" about 2" right of the bull(the 2 1/2" group was all me). The 165 pull weight is easy to handle. For a novice like me, the Wicked Ridge is an economic alternative to a full blown Ten Point crossbow.

i have bought almost the same bow from a store, mine is the invader, the greatist thing i have ever bought. mine is 185 pound pull. it is great, so powerful, sounds like a gun, shoots like one too. i love it, great quality built to last. holds together perfect. only problem with mine is the red dot scope, it shorts out after awile, but is great.
