Three Fun Short Stories By A Talent We Should Watch!!!, January 28, 2005
This review is from: Wicked Women 101 (Paperback)
This is Ms. Carr's first book where she is the only author offering fun stories with great characters. She is well on her way to being an author I'll pick on name alone.
This was a book that is composed of three short stories that are connected by the female leads. All three were once sorority sisters and their lives are...well, lets just say there's room for improvement if it come in the form of a special someone.
"Six Weeks to Sensuality" is the story of Amy Bryce and her decision to get her life back brought on by a very public engagement of her ex-boyfriend. Said boyfriend has turned her well ordered world on it's axis and has brought about the decision that Amy needs to get in touch with her inner vixen. She goes to Dr. Marc Javier. This dishy doc has had a thing for Amy and he can't believe his luck when she come to his office hoping to participate in his latest test. But why now? Will he be able to get her heart at the same time waking her sensuality or will he loose her to a jerk that doesn't deserve her?
In "Code Pink" Jennifer Clark has decided that she is done doing a boring job and wants to move on as a code breaker. What's holding her back though is fellow code breaker and heart breaker Bryan Matthews. What happens when this hunk gets a hold of code meant for someone else and these two end up in a battle of the wills not to mention talent? Why a hot steamy affair of course but will it last?
"Fantasies Are Forever" brings together two co-workers...well, at least in dreams to begin with. Caroline Mitchell can't believe that she is dreaming about Joe...so what's the best way to get rid of an unwanted dream...make it a reality. Or so Caroline thinks. But when these two get together fantasy and dreams don't even come close to the heat that they generate.
All three of these stories were good. "Code Pink" was probably my favorite since the characters were so life like. All three were good...don't get me wrong but that one story seemed stronger than the others. Still this was a fun and easy read that entertained me while I was reading it. I recommend this read and look forward to reading Ms. Carr again in the future.

Hot and Sexy Stories, January 18, 2005
This review is from: Wicked Women 101 (Paperback)
Susanna Carr has written an all out steamy trilogy in "Wicked" Women 101.
Six Weeks To Sensuality has Amy Bryce wanting to no longer be the good one. When her ex-boyfriend proposed to her archenemy at work, she has reached the breaking point. Amy volunteers for Dr. Marc Javier's sensuality study. Marc has had plans to make Amy his for ages. Now when Amy comes to him for help Marc pulls out all the sexual stops.
In Code Pink, Jennifer Clark works up an encryption code that is answered by the wrong man. Or is it? Bryan Matthews solves the code and issues a dare of his own to Jennifer. As they both try to one up each other in codes, they explode in passion.
Caroline Mitchell has been dreaming about her co-worker in Fantasies Are Forever. Caroline has left her geeky image behind and is now a hip together woman. But Joe Hatcher has this effect on her that makes her revert to her old ways. Caroline decides to indulge in her fantasies to get Joe out of her mind. But Joe has other ideas and Caroline is in for the ride of her life.
This anthology is jammed packed with steam. It's funny, sexy and so steamy it will warm up these cold winter nights. Each story will draw you into the characters lives and make you want for more. I am really glad I found this author, will be looking forward to more books from her.

Just o.k......, August 2, 2010
This review is from: Wicked Women 101 (Paperback)
This was a group of stories by different authors and it was just o.k. I glad I didn't pay full price for the book. If you are looking for this type of thing to try out new authors, go for it. If you want great stories, this isn't it. This will be going into my recycle bin and I don't say that very often.
