Timothy has reached into his very soul to reveal and share the depth of experiencing Post Tramatic Stress Disorder. His writing is understandable for any level of reader. I find this a "re-read" type of book, one that will continue to lead the mind to a more peaceful understanding. The more times you read it, the more you will learn.

I have purchase 9 of these books to pass on. Comments from others include "I didn't know other people felt this way." I feel the book can be helpful to anyone that suffers from depression or PTSD. For others it brings them a better understanding of family and friends that may suffer from these symptoms.
