9"x16" Ceramic drum, synthetic head. Cream body with Egyptian Pharaonic art. Due to the relocation of our ceramic studio, our production will be on hold until after the 1st of the year. Our Ceramic Doumbeks have been a market leader since we began making doumbeks in 1973. Each Mid-East Ceramic Doumbek is hand made in the USA, where resident Potter, Björn Straube, continues to make them exactly as they were in 1973. The fixed Remo Fiberskyn head and the ceramic body provide durability and great sound. If you haven't tried a ceramic drum, you are in for a treat.
