So I bought this a couple of months ago and I'm satisfied with it. I must say you must buy a memory card for it, just in case you didn't know. Since buying it, I haven't used it as a photoshare or picture frame. I use it as a mp3 player. Beware, if you were looking to get this as a e book reader, the only option to load the e book is in plain text, that means you will read your books in a notepad/wordpad kind of format, which I didn't care for to much. Overall, it's cool, nothing spectacular but it does what it says it will do.

mp3s play fine of course - sound quality is decent of both speakers and earphone. Movies are also okay.

My main reason for buying this was for the ebook option. A couple of issues - NOT REALLY. Will only read .txt files (not a big issue most are easy to convert). The main problem is that there is a desktop image in the background that makes it very difficult to read the text and I can find no way to remove the image (a blank white page would obviously be best). The text orientation can not be changed. Two big issues that if fixed would make this a great reader.

Does not charge via USB! BOO! USB is only for syncing.

But for $50, it's almost worth it.

The resolution is very poor and pictures are washed out. Also, for some reason, when I add files to the memory card it will not show up in the correct order on the unit until I erase the memory card and re-load all files, even though they are correct when I view on my computer. Carry case is great and nice to have the battery included. I am returning it.

sound is very low and comes with some noise, screen is not so good also.

good for hi quality movies and with big earphones.

Good value for it's price. Screen is hopeless small and resolution is not good enough. Some details being lost. But great thing that it is a real movie player. May be this frame will bring more satisfaction as video player neither photoframe.

Very cool. Good looking, simple to operate, great picture, very versatile. Out of the box, plug in or charge up the battery and voila! Highly recommended.
