While the subject is a difficult and weighty one, this book is written with so much insight, wisdom and candor and humor, that one is completely swept up in the story.

The heroine, particularly, is charming, and funny and lovable.

This book also provides a window into two private worlds: one, the cloistered world of the ultra religious; and the second, the breathtaking, brave and vital internal territory of a young widow.

A delightful, uplifting book with unforgettable characters.

I loved this book.

This is a wonderful book that I thoroughly enjoyed. It's philosophical and smart, yet funny and poignant. It's very well written, once I started, I could not put it down , was reading while walking. Great work!
The remarkable thing is that the author was able to convey the tumultous inner world of someone that has to pick up pieces after a loss of a loved one. And to do it with a healthy outlook on the reality, with a pinch of dry humor. Great pleasure!
