I have been waiting for the following the Wifey series and anticipating this book's relase for a year and some days. I must say I am disappointed. With all the hell and situations that Kyra has experienced, how could she be so open about where she was staying when she was in Virginia, or how could she not pick up that Tony had an actual vendetta seeing as his son dimed him out? It's like she was money smart but she was still short when it came to the actual streets. I didn't get that. She knew not to disclose her past to her "NEW" future inlaws, but she didn't think Tony had something up his sleeve? Well, I hope there is not a part 6 cuz now it's just getting to be a chore vs a treat. I need Kira to be smarter on the next go round.

Kiki's done it again. Absolutely loved this one. Drama, Drama, Drama. Hearthumping rollercoaster ride of a book. Kira is something else I tell you. I read this one in about 5 hours total. Ms. Swinson really knows how to keep you interested and involved in her stories. This book didn't get boring at any point. It was straight page after page of action. I commend her for bring the street drama with realness and passion. I look forward to ANY future reads from Ms. Swinson in the future. A die-hard fan am I for life. So don't hesitate in picking this title up and all the rest of Ms. Swinson's books. She just doesn't disappoint and the material is always fresh. Keep it coming Ms. Swinson because i'm ready for the next one.

Kira...Kira...Kira... I am probably at my wits end thinking about Miss Kira and all of the ways she has cheated death during the Wifey series. I think it's time to leave well enough alone. As much as I don't want there to be another book, I am pretty sure that there will be. The question will simply be who is going to resurface from her past in the next book. Definitely don't want to knock Miss Swinson, I think she is a brilliant writer and she did a helluva job creating Kira's character - I just think at this point, this story is stretched out way too much. Since the title was Wifey 4 Life, I thought the book was going to go in the direction of her new life and man in Anguilla - I would have preferred to read about that instead of rehashing things she did in the past two years.

Ok. I was really hoping that this was the last book in this series because i dont know what else Kira can get herself into and out of. This was not at all a good book and shockingly there will be a part 6 coming out next year..Really not in a hurry to buy but will read it once someone else buy it and is ready to pass it around. She should have stopped while she was ahead.

At first sight of finding this book I didn't think twice about making the purchase however I regret moving fast on this book. Kira is as dumb as a box of rocks in this book on top of that she doesn't have the same fire she had in the previous Wifey series instead she appears timid and weak. The uncle in this book is suppose to be ruthless but I didn't see it in his actions especially when he went up against Breon. Just after Kira was sexually assaulted instead of seeing red and plotting on revenge Kira is playing victim with "teary, red eyes." This book is really a waste of time. If KiKi is the real author of this book then I am very disappointed, if she didn't want to write a continuation of Wifey her fans would have understood. Perhaps the hunger to write a good street novel has vanished whatever the reason all series of Wifey has been a page turner except for this one. I give this book -5 stars.

I must say I was a little disappointed in Kira this time around. When she returns to Virginia to attend her cousins funeral all h*ll breaks loose starting with her uncle, she's now running for her life. One thing I couldn't understand since she was so street why was she giving up so much information about herself, she didn't know who she could trust but she kept telling her business to anyone that would listen. I hope Wifey 6 if there is one will put Kira back in character like she use to be in the previous books. I enjoyed Kiki's previous books but this one didn't quite do it for me.

I read this book in two days it was very interesting and kept me wanting to know what was going to happen next, loved the series

well i loved the story...i wished she wasnt so slow...i mean i new what was going to happen before it did....and thats not good....it was easy to see tha they were setting her up....but besides that loved it....

I must admit that this read started off slowly but once again Kiki showed her natural talent a few pages in. Kira, is always getting into something and her agent was wrong for what she did to set her up. Kira's uncle was a crook and I couldnt believe that he turned on his fam which is something that happens in real life. I didnt feel the least bit of sympathy for Nikki because she gritted on Kira and really Karma just came back around and gave her what she was looking for. In the end, I was happy that she made it through the turmoil she encountered and now maybe she'll live her life and not look back at the past. Great job Kiki and I wish you nothing but success! You're a 5 STAR Chick!
