These socks are amazing! My husband has been wearing these socks for 18 months and they are still in good shape. With other socks, I'd end up tossing them after 4 to 6 months because the elastic would just melt in his work boots. These socks are thick and comfy and don't get stained from the boots. I was so pleased that I gave these to family for Christmas. The only drawback is that these socks tend to get fuzz on the inside. This isn't too bad with the white ones, but the black ones can leave your feet looking hairy. I occasionally wash them inside out to get the fuzz out.

I have been using this sock for about 15 years. They wear like iron and would be lost without them

Fit perfectly, extremely comfortable, durable, look great. couldn't ask for more from a sock.

These sox appear OK. But I never had a pair that shed so badly. The fuzz is on the carpet, bathroom floor, in the shower etc. I went to the foot doctor and was embarrased with black fuzzy feet. It seams to bother my wife and that gets me into trouble. I will stick with a better grade nextime.

Warm, comfy, and thick socks. Ordered XL for my size 13½ feet, and actually found them to be a little bit big (they do fit up to size 15 after all). 6-12 size socks are always too small, so these were good socks for me, just had to pull them up a little bit so they don't bunch up in my boots around the ankles. Seem to be pretty durable. Washed them a few times already and haven't noticed any thinning or anything like I would see in big budget packs of socks from the local super store.

These Wigwam "at work" socks sounded like exactly what I wanted, after reading all the amazon reviews. They're supposed to be soft (they are NOT soft - they feel like the fuzzy side of Velcro inside) they're supposed to be warm (they're not - they make my feet sweat instantly, and then they get clammy, even in boots!). They are fairly evenly cushioned (not very thick, but not a dress sock thin). I wouldn't want to walk more than a few blocks in these socks, unless I were also wearing very comfortable sneakers. They feel like I'm wearing plastic bags on my feet - instantly soggy, synthetic feeling, socks. Gross. Would never buy these again, unfortunately.

Ok sock, does produce the most lint I've ever seen in a sock. Scared myself the first time I took them off. They do fit pretty good and are a very warm sock. Have probably washed them 20 times now and am just getting a little lint at this point. Will try another sock before buying these again but they are not terrible.

Socks come a bit large. I have a size 13 foot and so I ordered the XL and these ended up a little big. Will by the Lg next time. These socks are high quality.

I wear black socks to work everyday but I wear casual type shoes so I don't like dress socks. These socks work great. The elastic holds well, they are comfortable, and the grey part at the bottom is extra thick so it gives more cushion and is stronger to keep the socks from wearing out. All in all, a great sock. I'll buy more when, and if, these wear out.

This is my third year buying these Wigwam socks, and they
are WELL worth the price.
They don't seem to wear out! XL size is nice.
No holes, no thin areas, great fit, and USA made. No more 'disposable' cheap socks to throw away after 1-3 months.
