Fun Way to Work Out
While the exercises themselves range from easy to increased levels of difficulty, it is the added twist of having to maintain balance that takes your workout to the next level. Buyer Beware
Make sure you know what you are buying with this product. The package only includes what is in the picture, not what is under product description. So you will receive the Wii Fit and the Yoga Mat. You will not receive anything else such as the rechargable battery, jelly sleeve, or carrying case. At least thats the case if you buy the package from hubbagames.

The game also has you set goals and tracks your progress daily - your body mass index (BMI), weight, and your WII age after evaluating your success with various balance tests. You may find out that your WII age is older than what you really are, based on your level of fitness calculated. As your progress increases, your WII fit age is reduced, and can even be less than your actual age. Not only do you improve your health with this game, you also improve your posture and balance.

This is the best money ever spent on a Christmas present. This gift was for our 11 year old, but the entire family, including 26 year old and 79 year old grandfather have enjoyed it! We have had endless hours of exercise on Wii Fit and fun with all other games. Wish we bought it last year but I would highly recommend it to anyone questioning if it is worth the money! Go for it and enjoy it!

I absolutely love my Wii Fit. It's motivating, challenging and has a great variety of exercises. Whether you're a beginner or a well trained athlete, the Wii Fit is fantastic. I've actaully canceled my gym membership because I get so much more out of it!

The Wii Fit makes it very easy and fun to exercise. I sometimes start and before I know it I have been exercising for over 45 minutes and the Fit throws up a screen to tell me I need to take a break. I bought it for myself but when I started to use it in our main living area the whole family wanted to get in on the fun. We are all now using it. Maybe we will all get more healty.

Wii is an awesome, family interactive game system! We were skeptical when it first came out, but after playing it at a friends house, we were hooked. Love it a lot! Wii Fit is a ton of fun as well, just watch the clock...because before you know it you've been on for quite a while. Also, if you don't already know, Wii Sports comes with this as well
