I just got this today but I am already pleased with it. I did tons of research to pick out the best charger, and I think this is a pretty good one. Easy to assemble, lightweight but not cheap, good value for price; Energizer is a reliable brand. The lights tell you if it is fully charged, and it says it takes 4.5 hrs to fully charge the new battery. The dock is attractive and matches the Wii. Most importantly it plugs into the wall, NOT a USB. Also the wriststraps easily fit no problem during charging. To me its not a big deal that you have to take off the jackets, becasue I end up doing that to play my guitar or drums for GHWT. I would reccomend this; hopefully it will last!

We picked this up because we were tired of changing batteries or taking them out to charge them every couple of weeks on the Wii remotes.

It's worked great. We keep our remotes stored in the charging station when we're not using them, and we've never needed to add batteries since then.

It's very easy to tell whether the remote is fully charged. While charging the base light turns yellow; and when fully charged it turns green.

You do have to take off the rubber pad while charging, which hasn't been a problem for us.

We're happy with this, and comparing this price with what we used to spend on batteries suggests it is a real bargain and a great convenience.

Well, it's a charger and it works as promised. The first time, it took 4 hours for a complete charge. It comes with 2 batteries and back covers that you have to use to be able to charge your wiimotes with this charger. I only docked one star because I have to take out the remote from its sleeve every time i need to charge it. But that was a trade off I was willing to make so I didn't have to get the other charger for $50 that can accommodate the sleeves.

Note to Amazon - You shouldn't ask me the question "how much fun is this game?" when I review this product.

The first charger I received was faulty and would not keep a charge, Amazon quickly remedied the problem by sending me a replacement. I've had no problems with the product since then, and can happily recommend it to others.

Serves the purpose - not sure how long the rechargeable batteries last but good finish.

Bought this charger due to the brand recognition. Also bought same Brand/type of charger for PS3 (which is Excellent).. but this product does not work...

Similar problems to other reviewers.. batter packs don't charge.. red light starts to flash.. no charging occurs. Would return but destoryed box in opening. Attempted to correct issues based on others feedback (plastic tabs, check batter contacts.. NO HELP and now product is "modified".

Never have bought anything that I've been so immediately dissappointed in.. but again PS3 charging station by Same Manufacturer works great..

The title says it all, this is a good charger for a good price. It comes with two rechargeable batteries and covers, the charger itself, and an A/C adapter.

Since it's not a game it's not too fun.

This charger works great and comes at a great price. It's really not a big deal that you have to remove the cover from the wiimote. It has already saved us money by not having to replace batteries. I believe that this charger deserves 5 stars. Can't beat it!

I received this product today and the first thing I did after assembling it was to begin charging... one of the batteries works fine, charges and works... however the second one does nothing. Tried it in three Wiimotes and same thing. DO NOT BUY.

On February 14, 2011, I wrote "Apparently I missed some of the bad reviews on this board, and bought this awful product here at Amazon. After a few months using it, it simply stopped working. I keep getting a flashing red light when trying to charge my batteries, and still haven't found a way to solve it."
On that date I reached out to PDP, the maker of the product, and was told to send them back for a return. Yesterday, March 9, 2011, I received a brand new product at home.
After using it twice, the new charger stopped working just like the first one, with that annoying red light blinking and not charging.
DON'T BUY THIS LOUSY PRODUCT !!!
