Wii Fit Balance Board Mat

This is a very thin mat. It may keep the balance board from slipping on a wood or tile floor, but provides no cushioning at all. I'm afraid to use it on the carpet for fear of tearing a hole in it.

Get one of the other mats for $20 or less. Valeo Yoga and Pilates Mat (Purple) This thing is thin and sells for almost $5 more just because it's supposedly for the Wii Fit Balance Board. Trust me, you can't tell the difference between this and some of the more reasonably priced ones. I was really expecting more. Even a Wii logo would have been nice.

I bought some of these and I am so happy with all of the padding. It definitely helps my jogging!

I at least expected a mat that was well proportioned for the balance board, and this just seems as run of the mill as anything else on the market. If you want special for Wii, go for the lime green one... or just get some cheaper, better recommended one in the health section.

I purchased this yoga mat thinking it would be different from the one I already owned. I thought it might be thicker or have something on it to protect it from getting damaged by the balance board. I was wrong. Any yoga mat will work fine. I've tried using my balance board without a yoga mat once and it was hard. I have carpet and I was sliding all over. I think having any brand of yoga mat is essential. This yoga mat is nice. It's not thin like some cheap ones are. I would recommend this one.If you can find a nice mat for a better price, get it instead.

I have it on wood floors and it keeps the balance board from making any fine scratches if it slides. its not very thick but it has good cushioning. Ive read other reviews saying that this is priced at $20 but I only paid $5.99 and with prime got 2 day shipping for free. For $20, i'd shop around.

I don't know why some people giving reviews are complaining of a high price. I paid just $5.99 and with my Amazon Prime membership I got free 2-day shipping. Works great with the balance board. I have hard wood floors and was sliding all over. We also use this with our Tony Hawk Ride Game, and that works great as well.

The price is right, I paid $6, but it has a horrible smell (chemical?), stays on your hands and shirt.

I haven't had any problems with ripping, tearing or holes - this mat has held up just fine for the past several months of use, and it's perfect for what I use it for: playing my Wii Fit and occasionally doing regular yoga. But it's just not worth the price when you can get a similar mat for $10.

It's comfortable if you're using it on a carpet, but for hard surfaces I'd highly recommend finding something with more padding, as this mat is only about 1cm thick.

We have hardwood floors, so we needed a mat for exercising. We got a good deal on this item, so we got it. It has not disappointed.
