Overall a good product, would be great if it was two independent microphones. With it being used on a splitter, you are not able to use the set in competition or vs mode, only in duet mode. So now I am debating whether or not to go purchase an additional microphone just for dueling purposes on the singing games we have.

Easy to use microphone(s) with nice long cords. Two players can sing at once; however not if you want them to sing two different things such as duets or battling in American Idol Karaoke Revolution. So you would have to buy two microphones any ways. but the price of these two is about the same as one, so no loss.

I ordered this dual microphone so my kids could use it with the Wii (specifically: American Idol and Sing It).
Unfortunately, it won't allow them to do duets with it. I don't know why but I am not very pleased.

Wii Karaoke microphone set was purchased for my daughter for Christmas and both microphones were broke before the New Year! The first one the wires were exposed where the cable enters the bottom of microphone. The second one will only work if you hold that same wire in place at the bottom of the microphone. Would not recommend this product.

These microphones only work as one item because the wii only recognizes them as one because there is just one connecter. So basically this item is no use for duet modes on sing it games. But it works well other than that.

The microphone set wires are already coming out. Not built for hanging at all. Poor construction. We had to duct tape the wire to the hand set to prevent any further pulling after only 12 hours of play.
Outside of all that, we do still have fun with it.

I bought these because they were much nicer than any of those cheap things that get thrown in the box with any of the games. I wasn't disappointed. I think they sound better and are of better quality.

These microphones work very well. There is no annoying feedback while singing. I would definately recommend buying them.

I regretably purchased Boogie Superstars and was dismayed that I could only use one mic for the game. Despite the fact that the game allows for multiplayer duets. Therefore, in oder to two play with two people you have to share the mic, which is simply dumb. However, the Wii Karaoke Microphone is two mics with one USB cable, so it works perfectly with the game. My sister and I are able to sing the duets without handing the mic back and forth. I really pleased with this purchase, I just wish I was half as pleased with the game.
