Not Worth the Money,

I was really disappointed with this device. I'm a big fan of shooting (both in RL and gaming). The laser on this device was at least 30% off actual and there is no way to zero it in. I finally disabled the laser, but even w/o it, the device isn't worth the money (you are 80-90% more accurate aiming with just the controller). I think I've used it twice since I bought it 6 months ago...it's just so much more realistic without this dastardly device. The only fun I've had with this device is making my dogs happy chasing the laser pointer.

slightly uncomfortable,

I am mostly right handed; and I am a hunter so I shoot real guns. This set up feels awkward to me because I'm used to holding my left hand in front(aiming) and my right hand closer to my right shoulder pulling the trigger. This gun is the exact opposite. Also, the nunchuck holder releases from the gun when you move it up, so I usually just take it off and use something other than the WiiZapper mode. I still have fun though! -playing Call of Duty: World at War

Pro's it's made of Good quality materials, but the you have to realy push down the trigger a lot until it get B button.
you will get a more realistic sensation when playing games than just with the regular wii remote and the nunchuck. cons: if at the game you may need to split the two controls you may encounter yourself in problems. Wii GameBlaster Light Gun

Not what i was hoping for,

PRO -
I like the way the "front" gun feels. CONS - I bought 2, the laser only worked on one of them, and i thought it was a flash light since it didnt seem to make a direct point, it just works like a key chain flash light. when using the guns together it feel weird. MAIN PROBLEM - This gun is totally worthless for any real shooter game. Maybe a kids shooter game where you need to only shoot one bullet at a time its fine. But play any rail shooter and you will quickly stop using the gun. WHY? b/c they put may too much space between the trigger and the b button. You have to press the tirrger all the way in for it to register, and you can not cap off shots faster then maybe 3 shots every 2 second (which is slower as hell for a shooter). Its get a one star for the fact that it is worthless to play wii games with. If you are looking for a plastic gun that you can give to a 5 year old to play cowboys with then you might want this. If you want this gun to play wii shooters then look elsewhere.

The pointer aims to the right of the gun, is useless, so mainly you end up using the control alone

I wouldn't waste your money on this gun,

I purchased this little gun for my Wii to play Modern Warfare. I tossed it on the ground in about 3 minutes and haven't used it again. Its too difficult to snake the long cord from the Nunchuck into it and then, the gun setup expects you to navigate the game and access all the buttons from this crazy grip it provides you. Also, that little laser on the front, while great for playing with the cat, is useless for playing the game, as the cross-hairs on the game are about 5inches above where the laser site shows, so now I use it to play with my cat.
I'd keep your money if I were you.

The grandkids say it's "awesome" for all of those fast action games. One of these days maybe I can borrow it to try with my Wii.
