I actually had to return this product as it did not work with my flat panel charger. From the picture you can't see that there are metal pieces on the back of the case that actually need to be in contact with the charger, not like the flat panel charger that works with magnets.

I purchased these batteries to go with the Wii Energizer Flat Panel 2x Induction Charger(I have 4 remotes, and needed 2 additional batteries for the remotes to also link to the charging station). Amazon has these batteries listed as compatible (or seemingly compatible) with this charging station, but they ARE NOT COMPATIBLE. We received them and placed them in our remotes, and set them on the station but there is no charge. Looked the batteries up on the Energizer site and they specifically are listed as NOT compatible with this station. Trying to search for additional batteries to go with this charging station on Amazon and the only items to come up on the search are these batteries. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE by Energizer's site and Amazon does not seem to carry any additional battery packs that are compatible. We will have to search another site to see if they are available elsewhere. Do NOT buy these batteries for the Energizer Flat Panel 2x Induction Charger!!

I purchased the energizer Wiimote charger locally, but when we lost one of the batteries, could not find a replacement. Popped on to Amazon and of course it's here. It is the exact thing we were looking for, and works great. We charge it after almost every use, and it holds up really well. It's never run out during use.

The wireless batteries make it a lot easier to play the Wii and save on batteried. I've seen two types of batteries. Make sure you choose the correct batteries that fit the charger base before purchase.

My mother purchased a wii remote charger from wal-mart for our kids. This is the greatest thing, the first batteries ran out in days. I can't imagine the amount of money we'd pay for batteries by now. I just wish that local stores would carry these replacement batteries and covers. Without them you'd have to purchase two chargers, which is just wasteful. My kids even know how to charge them and I don't think I've ever pointed out how it works.

This product has paid for itself in battery savings. We have 4 remotes w/ these rechargeable batteries and one charger. My kids got the Wii for Christmas and play just about every day. The charge for the batteries last between 20-24 hours of play. It takes approx. 3 hours to get fully charged. Well worth the initial cost. Would DEFINITELY buy again!

This is not for induction flat chargers. Upon opening one of the two packs I got I found out this was NOT what I was looking for..Since I don't have the charger it is supposed to be for, I have no idea how well it does or doesn't work. It was easy to put in the wii-mote though.

not a snug fit,

Ok, I bought an energizer charging station, and it came with these rechargeable batteries. While the charger charged them sufficiently, the batteries don't fit exactly right in the controller. They fit fine for playing wii sports tennis or super smash brother brawl, sure, but I recently bought punchout, and everytime I got knocked down, I would shake the controllers to get up and lose connection. The batters would shift slightly in the controller. Regular double a's and the stock battery cover worked fine. We noticed that if we folded a piece of paper and slid in behind the battery in the wiimote it produced a more snug fit and had less interruption, although they still existed. I am on my way to return the charging station. Paying for AA batteries beats the frustration of losing connection.

I bought these batteries seeing that they were the only ones available, and knowing that I didn't have a wireless induction charger. However, it wasn't until I was unable to charge the battery pack did I see on PDP's website that these batteries aren't compatible with the PL-7522 charger.I couldn't even find a battery pack that was compatible with the PL-7522 charger. Maybe I'll just replace the batteries in the pack with generic rechargeable batteries of the same voltage and MAh. |
