Wii Rock Band Drum Set

I really like this drum set. I have played on it quite a bit since my nephew got the game in August 08.

Pros:
1) It feels very lifelike; I've never drummed in real life, but it feels like I'm actually playing the song.
2) Adjustable height - great feature depending on who is drumming and the size of the chair one is using.
3) Easy to take apart and put back together.

Cons:
1) It's __loud__. If you are too far away from the TV all you can hear is an annoying tap tap smack smack of wood on plastic. Even playing the game with a less than mediocre drummer can ruin your rhythm because the sound of the plastic drum drowns out the actual drum beat from the TV. It's loud and annoying.
2) The pedal WILL eventually break. My nephew and his friends only play the game when I am in town (which is over breaks and during summer). Despite this, the pedal has already broken on the drum set (it's 7 months old).
3) I don't like the color. It really stands out and can be quite an eyesore.

Overall it works great for what it's supposed to do. It's just a little too loud and a little too fragile.

Excellent game. Hours of fun. Foot pedal and drums could be a little more sturdy.

I'm very happy with this Wii Rock Band Drum Set. I received the item very quickly. My friends and I play rock band a lot, and this was the last instrument that I needed. Now that we have the complete set, it makes the rock band experience more enjoyable. This drum set works great, looks nice, and is a lot of fun!

Lately, I've been trying to find a drum set for Guitar Hero World Tour and The Beatles Rockband, but there weren't any stores in my area that had drums, and if they did, they were too expensive. Then, I found this set on Amazon. The drums were the first thing that I ever bought from Amazon. I was very impressed with the drums I recieved. No problems with them at all. Great product!

This is terrific fun. I have 1 complaint: it arrived with a broken foot peddle and the seller did nothing about it. So, as far as the item itself, it's a must-have for your band. As for the seller, I won't be visiting him anytime soon. I went to Best Buy and bought a monster foot peddle, so it should last forever!

the drum kit is a must for any person playing the music sim games, i recomend anyone try it

This purchase was for the drums that needed to be replaced on the Wii Rock Band Drum Set. The children were so excited that we purchased them as their Christmas gift. Fortunately, they were delivered before Christmas which really made for a wonderful gift.

Our younger son just goes to town on this drum set. My brother-in-law says he is 'sick' which I guess is good...
It seems to be holding up to daily pounding, I was concerned that it would break soon, as I had read elsewhere. I understand the manufacturer will send a replacement ASAP as there is a lot of competition for sales this type of game and they don't want to lose out.

I love playing Rock Band. I play it almost every single day for at least an hour a day. These drums, however, cannot handle daily use when you are playing some of the most difficult songs in the game. Within three months the padding began to peel off and I had to tape it down repeatedly in order to survive. This has happened with two kits. If you are playing light casual songs for the most part then this drum would work out but if you are playing really tough fast past ass kicking music, don't settle for these.

Our family has turned this game into a great family fun time. Just put on your guard with some of the lyrics.
