I just picked this up at Gamestop yesterday, and I'm impressed. The mat is a nice quality yoga mat, with the right amount of give to make the exercises a little easier on the joints. The sleeve went on with no problems, and if you install it correctly, pushing the little nobs into the holes on the bottom, it stays in place perfectly. I like that it provides a little bit of grip, as well as making it the slightest bit softer, with the added bonus of keeping the board clean. I found this kit to be perfect for what I needed -- I didn't want the whole package with travel cases and weights and the like. This kit provided exactly what I wanted, and works as advertised.

i think this is a great item. if you put the sleeve on correctly then you should have no problem with it staying in place. it helps add grip and is more comfortable than the board itself.

This is horrible. I bought this in the hope of adding a little grip to the balance board, however the sleeve does not stay put and is constantly shifting and bunching under your feet.
I don't have much to say about the yoga mat. It's just a mat.
