The wheel works fine and is a must for racing games, but the stand and suction cup are a joke. They broke the second time it was used. It will be mounted on something more permanent.

I bought this at Walmart for $9.99 last week assuming they will all be sold out after the release of Mario Kart. After buying Mario Kart and playing it with the game issued wheel, I decided to try this one. There are no spots for the sensor on the Wii mote or be 'B' button like the nintendo wheel. After playing one course my hands started to hurt because the wheel was too large for my hands. Not recomended for small children.

This is a complete rip off! They want 18.99 for this when the official Nintendo Wii Wheel is only 9.99! Sure, it comes with a stand and the Wii Wheel doesn't, but the Wii Wheel doesn't need a stand. You're supposed to just hold it in front of you while you play, so the stand is practically useless.

Don't mistake this for the genuine article, this is just some cheap knock-off by some brand called "CTA Digital" (I've never heard of them, have you?)

Just buy the Official Nintendo Wii Wheel instead, it's 9 dollars cheaper than this, and it's made by Nintendo, so you know it isn't made out of cheap smelly plastic.

I purchased two of these a few years ago. The only problem with them is instability. They hold onto whatever surface you attach them to with only suction cups. Unfortunately, I only have wood surfaces and the suction cups aren't the best way to hold and stabilize something onto wood that's going to be turned, twisted, and pulled in excitement.

My husband and son love the idea of racing with real steering wheels but the darn things just keep popping off. For a while, I resorted to using duct tape to help hold them in place but this is only a temporary solution.

Other than the suction cup issue, they work very well and are fun to use.

This steering wheel makes Racing a reality. Using the Wii Steering Wheel is as if you were actually on the Race Track. Beats pretending.

I bought this to have more choices of wheels for our racing games, mostly Mario Kart.

What I couldn't figure out was the suction cup. If you stick it on a coffee table, then you have to lean over the table to steer -- ?!@*^&*!@

If you remove it from the bottom, then you have a piece sticking out the bottom still.

Kind of useless.

I ordered this item from Amazon months ago and they never got around to shipping it. I cancelled that order and ordered directly from CTA and that order vanished from order history and the item never shipped. That took 2-3 months to come up empty.

Cameta Camera shipped it right after the order was placed. If you want to place an order and have it ship, it looks like they are the ones to go through.

The star rating reflects the hassle in trying to buy this item from Amazon (which it doesn't sem possible to change). The product is worth 2-3 stars. It adds a little bit to the experience on driving games. The suction cup that holds it to a table or whatever you are trying to stick it to is fair at best.

If had $40 to buy a couple of these of a good new game, I'd get a good new game. It would be nice if someone created something like this that was better quality and felt more like a real steering wheel.
