5.0 out of 5 stars Great wheel, great value, good features
I purchased this wheel after reading about some of the others difficulty in getting the wii-mote in and out and not having the infrared pass through.

We've been completely pleased with this wheel. I would NEVER purchase a wheel without the pass through. This wheel is a little more difficult to get the wii-mote in and out than our Nintendo wheel, but not...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not the official Nintendo Wii Wheel
This wheel works the same as the Official Nintendo Wii Wheel except for one very important thing: there's no "B" button on the back of the wheel. You're pressing the "B" button on the Wii remote itself. On the back of the Nintendo wheel, there's a "B" button that acts as sort of an extension, so your finger can more easily press the button. You're pressing the "B" button on the Wii remote itself. On the back of the Nintendo wheel, there's a "B" button that acts as sort of an extension, so your finger can more easily press the button. A minor flaw for some, but a major one for me, especially since I got use to the Nintendo version prior to buying this one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great wheel, great value, good features, September 16, 2008

I purchased this wheel after reading about some of the others difficulty in getting the wii-mote in and out and not having the infrared pass through.

We've been completely pleased with this wheel. I would NEVER purchase a wheel without the pass through. This wheel is a little more difficult to get the wii-mote in and out than our Nintendo wheel, but not bad. My 7 year old sometimes asks for help, but most of the time she can get it fine. We do miss the special button on the back from the Nintento wheel that does the brake-slide. On this one you reach through a hole to push the regular button. It's easier just to put it on anto than manual so you don't have to reach that button.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty Good, February 1, 2010

We bought this for our daughter, who is just under 4 years old, and she loves it. I like this one better than the official wii wheel, because it's easier to get the remote in and out of it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wii Turbo Wheel, November 6, 2009

I read that some people didn't like the B button feature but I had no problem. Its completely easy to use. The only thing that I have noticed is that sometimes the remote doesn't work through the clear "peep" hole built into the side of wii wheel. When that happens, I just pop the remote up a bit so there is a clear signal from the remote to the console.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better grip, June 23, 2009

This wheel is easier for my larger hands to grip than the Nintendo brand wheel. Of note, there is no B button on the wheel itself. Rather, you directly press the B button on the remote (there is a small cutout on the wheel where the B button is supposed to be). I prefer this because the Nintendo wheel sometimes failed to activate the B button when I pressed it. As for the design, I think the Nintendo wheel looks better. However, in my opinion, function beats form in this case.

5.0 out of 5 stars Having a blast, May 25, 2009

My kids are having a blast playing Mario Kart with their turbo wheels. We got a wheel for each of them. They have fun playing alone, with their siblings and with kids who come over. Dad likes to play along, too. It's easy to use and no problem for the kids to take the wii remote in and out. Lightweight but sturdy. It does not have a B button, but my kids find it easier to press the B button on the wii remote anyway.

Gave each of my girls the pink Turbo Wheel in their Easter baskets. We played M&M racing (which sucks) and they had fun. I'm going to look for another racing game so that we can put the wheel to good use. The girls really loved the pink colour.

The steering wheel fits into your hands well, Wii controller is securely held, and you can still use it well for on screen menus as well. The color is the standard Wii White but with a color accent that helps distinguish from others.

I purchased this wheel for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. I find it just as easy to insert and remove the remote as the official nintendo wheel. I recommend it for anybody who loves pink.

It's just a wheel, but it does make it easier to play Racing games, once you get used to the little size.
Cheap enough to buy two, get ready for some racing fun with this unit!!
