I have read all the negative reviews and frankly I don't understand the complaints! most people say they couldn't get the clock to work, which makes me wonder if the looked at the bottom of the unit and see the door that opens up where you install 2 AA batteries for the clock. mine works perfectly, the fan runs constantly, as long as the power switch is in the on posistion, it whines a little, but nothing serious, you can feel quite abit of air coming out of the rear vent of the wii!

I'm glad I bought this station for my new wii. It's great because it keeps everything together and your remotes are always charge and ready to go. It lets you stay orginized so your remotes will safe and last longer. Make sure if you buy rechargable battiers that you buy the same ones that come with your station because it keeps your remotes tight in the charger..

When it has came down to the Nintendo Wii, there honestly have been very few very few game systems that truly have shown to be very strong at being as universal for all ages. But, there always seems to be one add-on accessory for the system that sadly doesn't do well as it claims to be with handling what the Wii has with its followers. For CTA, and their latest accessory for the Nintendo Wii, the Ultimate Power Station, it handles as a all-in-one convient way to not only cradle your Wii, your Wii-Motes and nunchucks, but it also charges up you batteries for it too. While it does handle at charging your recharable battery packs for the Wii-motes, it sadly doesn't deliver at recharging your AA batteries for the Wii-mote at all. They shorted out faster than they were originally made to setup for the Wii. The design for the station works nicely though, at not just cradling the Wii, but the look of the design handles as a strong key for the system, by lighting up in a simple blue color, like it is when you turn the Wii on. I honestly though was expecting a bit more from the Ultimate Power Station, but it makes it a bit more convient for whenever you use the Wii at home.

First thing out of the box: it feels cheap - whatever, I wasn't expecting premium materials.
Second, plug it in - the fan is ALWAYS on and loud. If the power is on (required for charging remotes and powering the Wii), the fan is on. So, I opened it up and detached the fan. Third, clock doesn't work. Fine, it's a lame feature anyway. Fourth, rechargeable batteries hardly fit in Wiimotes. They snap in after a good amount of force, but are still too bulky and not snug. Fifth, putting the Wiimotes into the dock requires pushing the remote far enough down into the station that the 2 button is always pressed in while charging. That can't be good for the remote. The one redeeming quality: I can use my extra Monster component cables instead of buying Wii-specifc cables.

This is a very nice product and very easy to use. Everything works great and really has a nice setup for it. The only down fall is that it doesnt come in black only white and there are so many diffrent color wii's out there today. But, very satisfied and would recommend this to anyone.

This was a gift and thank goodness it was because I would have felt ripped-off if I had of paid for it. My main complaint is that it is loud. There is no way to turn off the fan without totally turning off the charger. Just as it says in other reviews the clock doesn't work and it is hard to get the wiimotes in and out of their holders. And as stated in other reviews it is very cheap looking. The only thing good about it is the place to put the nunchuk. I ended up getting another charger that didn't make any noise.

I got this item for Christmas and at first it was cool, you did have to push the remotes in hard to charge them, so I hardly ever used that, also I just tried to put the nunchucks in recently, they are hard to get off... the clock works, but I didn't really ever look at it, and I guess the fan was kind of loud, but I never really paid any attention to the sound, but my parents did think it was kind of annoying (at least my mom did). But the worst problem so far is that I'm PRETTY sure it BROKE MY WII!!! yesterday I was playing Toy Story 3 which I had just got that day, and it had an error, it was the one about taking out the disk, turning off the wii and trying again, I wasn't really surprised because I got it used, I took out the disk, tried to clean it, and turned off the wii, but when I tried to turn it on, it didn't work, (its done this before in a way, because for a while now, the power cord has to be tweaked a certain way, which proved to be annoying because while playing a game (lego harry potter) I was trying to get a nunchuck off so I could do something I couldn't by myself, and I touched the cord and it killed the wii, luckily I had just got it and was only on like, the second level I think...) I thought the button was jammed, so I tried to unjam it and even with a knife, trying to push it out from the top, but then I moved it it the dock this way and that, and finally got it to turn on, BUT the screen was plain black, I was really sad/mad because it was the same day I got my new games, I tried with the dock's AV cables, with some component cables I got for it, then without the dock and some AV cables, and also with some component cables I also got for Christmas, nothing worked I kept trying and trying but it didn't work... This morning when I woke up I was SO hoping it would be working again... it didn't I even tried looking online, and finally called Nintendo, the lady sounded puzzled and I told her how it started and she said something about this item not being licensed by Nintendo, and something about it voiding my warranty... the she talked to my mom and she said it would cost $93.29 to repair it, and that it would take around 3 weeks... now I think I'm just going to get a $150.00 black one on craigslist from redding because my mom is going Tuesday and can pick it up then...
Overall, I don't really like this item, and I WOULD NOT recommend it to ANYONE who likes their wii.

How can i start this off its a okay product but the fan goes hay wire some times espescaily when i'm playing games the rechargeable battery paks suck :P and die less than an hour use.I have to to put on one them on stand by and the other one on use so i could play my games for more than hour .I was empress at first all the functions this product offer but theres two options wether you want the blue led lights on side or off the only one thing thats bad about that its between the option of turning off the system so your going have to wait to switch on the option if your playing games. My favorite feature was the option of chossing a video display the s-video and the composite video look the same and hardly any difference but over all the s-video looks darken a bit. the component cable looks great and you can tell a huge difference by the colors, the light and darkness and displays at 480p witch is good for the wii. you should buy this if you want to have all the features or you want to upgrade the the video output but if you have recharble docks and componet cables that you shouldn't really but duh. oh one thing i forgot to mention the product only comes with composite cables the rechargeable battery paks and some wirst bands for the wii the other cables you have to buy them seperately oh and the led clock runs off two aa batteries i havn't really use the rechargeable AA batterie dock option cause im affriad its going to over use the power supply and cut of my wii
