5.0 out of 5 stars Fun for parties! Adults or kids
I had a house full of friends (26yrs - 31yrs old) who all came over so we could meet up and go to a party one night. Instead of wanting to go to the party, everyone ended up staying at my house until 3am playing this game. It is crazy fun with a group of people! My kids love it, too.
What is Wario Smooth Moves? It's just a bunch of timed, totally random & weird...

2.0 out of 5 stars don't understand the popularity
Played this game with some friends and we all thought it was boring. One friend actually fell asleep from being so bored. Maybe it was ruined for us because nothing is funnier than the raving rabbids!! I would not by it unless price goes way down or maybe if you had little kids that would be entertained by this.

What is Wario Smooth Moves? It's just a bunch of timed, totally random & weird tasks ~ like drinking a glass of water without spilling it, using a fan to blow a giant robot off a cliff or mimicking the game's dancers without missing a beat. Have a camera handy...

5.0 out of 5 stars Problem-solvers will love it, November 15, 2008

Received as a gift, this game is a series of tons of mini games you unlock that would be perfect for littler kids-- I, in fact, witnessed a 5 year old just mezmerized by it, eyes popping out at the ridiculousness and the quirkiness of it. You use your wii remote to shave the stuble on a face, balance it on your palm like a plate in a different game, etc. It's a cerebral game not everyone goes for. If you're a 'worker' type like me who hates to figure stuff out, it won't be your cup of tea at all, but if you're a problem-solver, it's a delight. I don't know that it's got long-term playability, but it's really unique, odd, and strange with stand-out originality in thinking, which just made me stare for about the first 15 minutes and go 'what the heck is this??' in kind of surprise/wryness as I watched my kids laugh and squeal thru it for about an hour. My problem-solving 12 year old, who could finish a mini game before I'd even figured out what the heck they wanted her to do, thought it was hilarious; my 9 year old 'worker' type (like me) watched with no desire to really play and, I think they've played it once since they received it a week ago, and have since then told me to sell it, but the reasons for that could be many, and with kids, who knows in a week they could love it again. I, myself, never would have bought it, and I never will play it, but it's still an excellent type of mini-games game of reflex and hand eye coordination mixed with humor if you find this genre amusing. Great party game, and it would be a scream with some margaritas and friends.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun for the whole family, January 6, 2008
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Wii: Wario Ware: Smooth Moves (Video Game)
This game is so much fun! It keeps you on your feet the entire time. We played it with a large group of adults and no one could stop laughing.

It is very fast paced and requires a lot of attention but not much skill. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good laugh. You cannot be afraid to make a fool of yourself!

Not sure how this would be by yourself but get a few people together who are willing to be silly and you will laugh until you fall out of your chair (and none of us drink and we are about 30 yr old so not just for young kids). Warning, this game is not for the serious or party-popper.

5.0 out of 5 stars iPhone version available!, January 29, 2011
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Wii: Wario Ware: Smooth Moves (Video Game)
This game is sooo addictive. Once I put it on, with friends, we keep playing for hours.

Funny enough, there is one game on the apple app store for the iPhone that resembles Wario Ware. It's called TURBO, by moox. It's a pretty good replica of the smooth moves!

I don't think you can find a more random game than this one. This is a game the whole family can enjoy though. Tons of weird mini games.

Received game very quickly even though it was Christmas season. Game was in "like new" condition. Grandkids played this game more than any other Wii game received and have continued to enjoy it.

I got this game for my brother after a co-worker brought it to a party. THe games are fun and hilarious--it's hard to stop once you start. Ayone can play and it's very different from most games on the market. You'll laugh for hours.
