The Wii Fit software with the balance board accessory is an exercise program. The only Wii program I know of out there that doesn't use the balance board is My Fitness Coach. I don't have it, but it looks like it has been getting good user reviews. That said, there are several games out there that when played properly, can get your heart moving and work your muscles. Wii Sport Tennis and Boxing are both games that can give you a decent workout. Hope that helps.
