5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for the car December 30, 2008

Durability: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Educational: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
I gave my son this for Christmas. He drew pictures using the Wikki Stix on a dry erase board (I got a nice dry erase lap board from Tag Toys) while he was in the car. The Wikki Stix come stuck to a piece of plastic, and can be restuck there for storage. These are made in the USA, so I trust them more than I would the cheaper Bendaroos. He hasn't shown a real interest in the Alphabet Cards yet, but I'm hoping to steer him more towards educational uses once the holidays are over. Literally kept him occupied for two hours, even without using the cards.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wikki Stix vs. Bendaroos. July 13, 2010

Durability: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Educational: 5.0 out of 5 stars    Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
I bought both Wikki Stix and Bendaroos. Although some claim they are the same, I personally think Wikki Stix have better quality. They both stick well, but with Wikki Stix, your hands don't end up getting sticky after you're done playing with them. With Bendaroos, your hands do end up needing a wash. Also, Bendaroos are harder to untangle and straighten out when they clump together (my daughter likes to make little round balls with them). You may be thinking that Bendaroos will stick better or last longer, but no, they both last about the same. I recommend both products because they are just wonderful quiet toys - I just think Wikki Stix are less mess. They don't take up much room so I take them everywhere: to church, to doctor's office, on long car drives for my daughter to play with.

4.0 out of 5 stars Cards should be laminated? February 24, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase
Durability: 3.0 out of 5 stars    Educational: 3.0 out of 5 stars    Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
I love the cards, but they really need to be laminated... the wikki stix are leaving residue on them and I'm worried I'm not going to get another year out of them. They are good for fine motor skills, which is really what I use them for anyway.
