This review is from: Wild Feasts: Ducks Unlimited Game and Fish Cookbook (Hardcover)
If I'm not going to eat it I won't shoot it. This book, given to me as a gift, has increased my enjoyment of harvesting game for the table because I am now certain that I can find an excellent recipe to savor the product of my efforts in the field. I have even expanded the types of game I hunt in order to be able to try some particularly enticing recipes. The instructions are easy to follow and clearly given. I have used recipes from this book to prepare meals for friends who hadn't previously eaten wild game before and never have had to store any leftovers in the fridge! I highly recommend this book to anyone wishing to get as much pleasure from the eating as from the hunting.
