A friend of ours had this recipe book and we loved it. I searched and Amazon had a great price on it. Price was great, service was great and product was in 'like new condition'. All around 'great' purchase. The book is a real asset to any game hunters recipe collection!

5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious Wild Game Recipes, December 10, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Wild Game Cooking Made Easy (Hardcover)
My husband and son are avid Minnesota hunters. I have long searched for a game cookbook that has high quality recipes, and have been impressed with what I've tried. I've made wonderful Bavarian Venison Chops which have white wine and capers in an easy sauce. This week I tried Baked Duck in Mushroom Wild Rice, which was also a huge success.
John Schumacher is renown for the Schumacher Inn in New Ulm, Minnesota, which serves European foods from days gone by.
