This is a life-changing book which progressed me in leaps and bounds on a healing journey - thanks to Gill Edwards for her wisdom and knowledge.

A little out there, but good basics
There are very good parts to this book which really hit home and have helped me. But there are some chapters in this book that are just a little too 'out there' for my taste.
