About the Author

Sarah Storme grew up in New Orleans, the motherland of jazz and romance. After a year at Emory University, she dropped out and moved to Alaska where she enjoyed a taste of the wild-west pipeline days. Three years later, Sarah returned to the Lower 48 and earned a Master's degree in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. As a civil engineer for the government, she has lived all over the United States from Mississippi to Alaska. She lives in New Mexico with her own personal hero, and is the author of a dozen romances including Wild Montana Hearts, Just Kiss Me, Bayou Rhapsody, and The Long Way Home.

More About the Author

I'm an engineer. No, really. I grew up in New Orleans, the granddaughter of a Cajun. After a year in college, I ran off to Alaska during the Pipeline Days (the real Wild West). Loved every second of it. I returned to school at The University of Texas, where I earned a BS and MS in Civil Engineering. I'm fortunate enough to have lived all over the country, and have even been to Siberia for work. I write every moment I'm not working.

I have 18 published novels, and have appeared in 4 major anthologies. About a dozen of my novellas and several short stories that have been picked up by publishers. I write under several different names, including Sarah Storme and S. H. Baker. My first full-cast performance audio book, RETURN TO MARSHALL'S BAYOU, was an Audie finalist! (Hey, I lost to James Lee Burke, so I'm thrilled.) The second one, ANGEL IN MY ARMS, is out and is amazing.

I enjoy sharing my experiences in the world of writing and publishing with fellow writers. And I love to talk with writers and readers. Have a question? Hit me up.
