Review

"We hope this book never becomes an epitaph for what once was. Ohio is incredibly rich in biodiversity, possibly more so than any other midwestern state.... We encourage you to visit these places and view the greatest natural resources that Ohio has to offer." - from the Preface"

Format: Hardcover
This beautiful book is a wealth of wonderful and useful information about the wildlife of Ohio. I highly recommend it for everyone that lives anywhere near Ohio as it shares many of the same creatures with states such as Kentucky, Indiana, Virginia, etc. The photography is top-notch! Would make a great coffee table book as well. A must-have for any collector of nature books, and a nice resource for teachers too!

The photos in this book are breathtakingly beautiful! It is so wonderful to live in a state that offers so much natural beauty, all year long. The cover photo of the Luna Moth is stunning, but is just the beginning. A must have for all Ohioans!
