Completed a thirty-five-year career as an engineer/physicist preceded by ten years working as a technician in chemical, induction-heat treating, and metallurgical laboratories. Retired in 1989 and began serious writing. A native of Brooklyn, NY, I emigrated to Long Island and lived there during my adult pre-retirement years: attended evening classes and earned a BS in Applied Physics, completed graduate work in Mathematics, served in the Army Signal Corps during the Korean War, and lived aboard a sea-going yacht for several years.
