I saw these three excellent films when I was only 12 years old (I am now 41) and I really loved them all. The scenary, the beautiful animals, the adventures and basically the closeness of the famly living together in the wild really got me and reminded me of my family except we didn't live in the wild. Robert Logan is a brilliant actor as are the other cast members.These films are a must buy in my opinion if you like the outdoors and brilliant films for the family of all ages to enjoy again and again. To have them in my DVD collection now after all this time has made my day.

I can't say enough good things about this trilogy. I love it. Also, the quality of the movies was excellent. Thank you.

The Wilderness Family Trilogy is a very good set of movies.
It is the type of movies that you want your family to see.
It teaches good family value.

I saw the original Wilderness Family video at the local library one day and wondered if my kids would enjoy it (ages 3 and 5). They LOVED it! They watched it over and over. For weeks afterward, they would ask if we could live in the wilderness or at least have some racoon pets. My husband and I were very appreciative of the wholesome, clean content (we are very protective of what we allow our children to watch). I decided to purchase this product as a Christmas present for my son (who constantly wants to borrow the movie at the library). I was delighted to find that there were 2 additional Wilderness Family videos and that the set could be purchased very reasonably. The movies arrived within a few days of ordering without any problem and are in very good condition. My family looks forwardt to enjoying this purchase for many years.

Good to watch with the kids.
Great scenery, but less then great acting.
Overall a great movie!!!

I started watching this movie when I was just 2 years old and now I am 24 and I have a 3 year old son and he loves watching them as well. My husband never was them so when he did see them for the first time he loved them to. If you have not seen these movies yet I would say you should. I know that you would love them like I did.

Initially I owned the VHS copies of the Wilderness Family Trilogy. Unable to view my copies, it was with great delight to find it on DVD. Families with young children to grandparents will find adventure, beautiful scenery and the struggles and joys of living in the wilderness. I never grow tired of watching the trilogy over and over.

I watched this movie as a kid and was so thrilled to see it available in the trilogy. The movie is great at reinforcing the value of family.

Received original order in a timely manner. Tried all 3 DVD's and had a problem with one of them. Contacted Merchant for resolution, and without going into details, they went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND anyone's expectations to resolve the defective DVD problem. I highly recommend their superb products and their truly professional attitude!

As a child of the 70's I grew up watching The Wilderness Family, I have owned both part one and two since they came out on VHS- when I was upgrading to DVD I was happy to learn that there was a third. I have had the fun of sharing these movies with my kids. All of these movies are great family films. Some of the animal attack scenes could be stressful to younger kids, but also good for teaching your kids lessons in what not to do in the wilderness. Even now, as my kids are in their teen years, we have fun watching these wholesome movies on weekend afternoons. Great for families who enjoy simple living and long for "going back to the land". Right up there with My Side of the Mountain and Little House on the Prairie, and Grizzly Adams!
