Myron's music is poetry. Metaphor, really. Ranging from delicate, to ominous, to fierce, it always evokes the power of the "Greatest Mountain", Katahdin. But even more, it will transport you to a restful, wild place. The brief spoken tracks and those by the Keepers of the Penobscot Drum remind us of the first people to sense the spirit of this wild place and how important it is to keep such places as an antidote to our modern world. Even my three-year-old requests this music. It is beautiful, quieting, and energizing all at once. Like being there.
