One of my favorites - and DID work to get my kids trying new foods,

This review is from: I will not ever NEVER eat a tomato (Paperback)
I love this book. Charlie gets his little sister Lola to eat foods she won't normally eat by renaming them - peas are 'green drops from iceland', mashed potatos are 'cloud fluff', fish sticks are 'ocean nibbles' that mermaids eat, etc. My kids (ages 3-5) love this book, and it has gotten them to try new foods - they try and think up names themselves, and this amuses them enough to at least get past the initial aversion...
