In life we are dealt ups and downs.This book was given to me as a gift from my girlfriend.At a time when I needed direction in eating and had hit rock bottom with my fitness program. Great book. I've re-read it many times. Covers all three areas you need for fitness: Motivation, Nutrition and Workouts. Mr Nielsen also has his life priorities in order, and will help you do the same. It's more than just a fitness book. It's a "how to live your life to the fullest" book.
