Book Description

April 28, 2003
It is not generally known, but the Buddha who first appeared in this world and the Buddha whom most people regard are not one and the same. The former was a divine incarnation of God whereas the latter was a mortal being who left his aristocratic home to pursue the Truth. What came out of that pursuit was a teaching that has enamored the whole world and yet upon careful examination of the philosophical tenants one will be surprised to learn of the totally nihilistic ramification. The initial Buddha Avatar preached ‘ahimsa’ or nonviolence to save the race of sub-humans from needless slaughter. However, the more recent Buddha taught voidism that reduces everything to zero. Although those outside of India have hardly heard of the name Shankaracharya, we should know that he was responsible for driving Buddhism out of India. Shankaracharya defeated almost every Buddhist pundit and in so doing reintroduced the authority of the Vedas. Nonetheless, the philosophy of Shankara was, as will be revealed herein, no less than a clone of Shakya Singh’s (the modern Buddha) ‘sunyavada’, which is Sanskrit for The Philosophy of the Void.

5.0 out of 5 stars Will the Real Buddha Please Stand Up?, August 1, 2003

This review is from: Will the Real Buddha Please Stand Up (Paperback)
This book is short and easy to read although its subject is deep and thought provoking. When I thought more after reading about the nature of God as brought out in this title I feel that many established religions will have to rethink about their fundamental truths as per the standards set forth in this text. Many of us are really only shallow in the understanding of Buddhism. This book shares enlightenment that goes beyond Buddha and Buddhism as most of us fail to realize.
