Cagedbaby are not about to set the world on fire with heaviness, but they may with shine and polish.

This is some of the most glossy techno lounge i have ever heard. In a broad sense you could call this music pop, but their sound provides velvet ropes and cigarettes for adults, not bubble gum for teens.

If you like a blinding sheen of sheer elegance, Cagedbaby is worth checking out.

I'm not one to write reviews but being that this is one of my absolute favorite albums, I felt I had to do one here. Rarely have I found an album that I can listen to on constant repeat for an entire day and never get tired of it. This CD has so much energy. All the songs are super catchy and each one of them is a hit. With the exception of two amazing singles released a few years back, Cagedbsby (Thomas Gandey) hasn't been able, or has no desire to create a follow up to this album. Don't let the bad band name or the weird cover picture deter you from checking out this fantastic album. You'll be happy you did.

The last song, Marmalade, is a beautiful piano instrumental loop you might hear out of an antique music box; nothing like the electro-clash on the rest of the CD. Marmalade quietly screams to be used in a Hollywood movie, & on it's own, makes this CD highly collectible.
