It should work but keep in mind u need space for the wires that will hang down.

Yes, but unless your cables run to the ceiling, the cable hider will be pointless.

Yes u can mount it above the tv and it should look fine. I mounted mine below and love it. Hides the wires very well.

I mounted the one I have below my TV but I don't see why it wouldn't mount above it.

I don't see why not. Many options to locate the shelf. If u hav the room I think it would work

If it will work, yes. If it will look good is up to you. Keep in mind how much it sticks out from the wall.

Yes, you can mount it above your TV . I don't see any problems doing that.
