A
Impossible. 64 bit programs only work on 64 bit computers. 32 bit programs will work on both 64 bit and 32 bit computers.

There is a 32-bit version of Windows 7 available for purchase. However, please check for PC hardware compatibility in microsoft's website prior to purchasing it.

The 64bit Windows 7 will not work on a 32bit computer; I believe that if you tried to install it, you would get a message saying that the OS will only work on 64bit systems.
