Will it work with a wireless N router? I have a wireless N router and was wondering if it will work with it. If not, I guess it would be useless for me to purchase this webcam.

Be careful. In the Foscam gui wireless settings where you add your WEP key, it's plain text. Plus that field where the key is entered is not protected/encrypted in any way. To make matters worse, I was able to go to the gui from my work pc and was not even prompted for a user/pass. The Admin settings were all visible and I could have hacked away. Including the key IN PLAIN TEXT!. I won't use this camera for that reason.

It uses B/G, not N on 2.4 Ghz using WPA2 or less security. So if your router uses 2.4 Ghz frequency, it most likely will work with this camera.

Can I direct wire this camera? Is it easier to set up than wireless?
