I ordered this because I was looking for a chair that was reasonably priced with good back support.

When the chair arrived, I found it VERY easy to put together. In fact, my 17 year old sister put it together for me.

The chair DOES offer good back support. However, I find the seat a little hard. I prefer a very soft seat, and this one is quite firm. To each his own I suppose.

The leather is VERY tough and textured, and will NOT easily be ripped or torn by a pet or a child.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Just make sure that you like a firmer seat.

Its a great chair, but would of been better with more cushioning and better support. BTW The chair is much thinner than it looks on the picture.

I purchased this chair to replace a higher quality leather executive chair that I had.To begin, I was spoiled by my old chair that had real leather,abundant cushioning,a slightly wider seat,etc. You get the picture.This chair in no way compares to that one.This chair does not have real leather,it does not have abundant cushioning,it has a average to narrow seat and unfortunately it feels a little wobbly.In other words it doesn't give you an overall sense of quality.I purchased this chair because I did not want to spend a lot on a chair that was going to sit in the office and not my home.My old chair cost in the ballpark of $300.00.This chair will cost you about $117.00 after shipping.What you really need to consider is how much of your life will you be spending in this chair.If I had it to do over,I would have opted to replace my chair with one of similar quality because I spend a large part of my day at my desk. I hope this has been of some help to you.

The chair was easy to build. As this was a minimally priced leather chair, I didn't expect it to be top of the line. But it works just fine and is comfortable.

When I received the chair package I found out that the right arm was broken, I believe it happened during the delivery. I contacted them (at night) but they replied immediately within 10 minutes and told me this rarely happens and would send me a replaced arm soon with the fast delivery service. I received the replaced arm in 2 days. This chair is very good, very good for people who has neck problems. I would buy chairs from them again in the future.

This is the first chair that I ordered on Amazon website. It is pretty comfortable and has a great look. All the materials are well packed and soft (because of the leather). It got high back and lumbar support which makes this chair even more comfortable. Really a good chair for a great office or computer space. Be careful with small spaces where you work, it could be damaged when the chair rub against the wall.

I got the chair in a timely manner. The directions for assembly were a little vague (pictures only, no written instructions). The chair is adequate but the padding on the seat is minimal. For the money, it is a very good bargain.

This chair is a very good deal for the money. It is a large comfortable leather desk chair.

Very nice looking chair, but when I got it a piece was broken off and there were a few scuff marks. I believe that is most likely because it was shipped from Las Vegas to PA. Very comfortable though.
