I live in Australia and over the years have had combination salt & peppermills, but they have been increasingly hard to come by. I did buy one here in Oz recently, but the salt holes well so tiny nothing came out - and it became overwhelmingly frustrating - So the search began. That was then - This is now - The Williams Bounds Combo Mill is fantastic. The salt holes are perfectly sized for sprinkling the perfectly required amount of salt and I especially love the adjustable pepper grinding mechanisim - you can select fine, medium or course ground pepper- I love this function, well done William and Bounds on a quality product, that also looks great.
