I was looking forward to it after reading the reviews here. From one it even seemed that you have the option of useing batteries.I was surprised at how small and delicate it is. I should have realized the scale by the size of the grains in the picture, but still. It grinds pretty slowly. Its takes about 30-40 secs to grind a full tablespoon onto my cereal. (I am not even sure at what fineness, as I am unable to move the ring that chooses it. I dont want to use to use too much force out of fear of cracking the plastic.) This might be the norm and no machine does it faster, but in the morning rush, I thought it would work far faster.

Flax seeds contains 18-24% Omega-3 fatty acids which protect us from heart disease and many other medical problems. Omega-3's also contribute in many other ways to insure our over all good health. I have used the Wm Bounds Mill daily for more than 6 months. It is convenient and simple to use. I keep it on the counter all the time. I take the bottom cover off and shoot the ground flax seeds onto cereal and salads - no muss and no fuss. I also use it to add fresh ground flax seed oil to the food I feed my dogs. The electric motor runs strong with no worry about batteries going "dead". I have not had to "clean" the unit ever. Everyone in my household uses the Mill. The only problem is to keep a good supply of organic flax seeds! Yes, it is worth the wait on the order. George Edwards food health

Works Well, for a While,

I have had this thing for probably 8 years or so. It worked great. A tad noisy, but ground up the seeds well, with a couple choices of how fine a grind you want. Recently, it stopped working. It wines when you try to get it to actually grind, and some of the seeds are coming through. Even when it did work, it was necessary to shake it to get it to really get the job done. I guess in the age of disposability, not so bad for the money.
