I dreamed of a silicone coated roasting rack. I figured I'd seen one in the 20+ cooking catalogs that come to my house. But it wasn't anywhere, so I googled it and found this one. It made its debut under my Thanksgiving turkey. The soft round feet won't scratch any pan. My bird lifted free and clear off the rack. NOTHING stuck to it. I was able to put it directly into the dishwasher. It's love. This IS the roasting rack of my dreams. It's perfect. Cute too!

This is a great product...I was so happy to throw out my rusty, funky old metal racks. Looks great, works great and cleans up beautifully and thoroughly.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. It is an extremely useful tool for baking and roasting especially poultry. I made Tandoori chicken and it turned out perfect. The chicken came out crisp on outside, tender and moist on the inside.

Clean up is so easy. No scrubbing required. The only drawback is its small size.

I am very happy with this rack. I sprayed canola oil lightly on it before laying the meat on it. This way, meat juice will not stick to it, and will came out clean from the dishwasher. Without the light spray, you might have to clean it again a little, because the meat juice will stick to it, though will not get encrusted and charred on it. Even without the spray it is already 100 times easier to clean than the regular rack. No burnt juice to rub out with steel wool. Maybe the "Pan scrub" cycle would do the job without the spray, but the energy used would not be worth it. Will last forever.

I had had a steel rack which got really disgusting over time, with rust an issue. And handwashing it was a pain.

The silicon coating on this rack completely circumvents the rusting problem, and being able to wash the rack in the dishwasher is a godsend.

I bought this to use in my Calphalon Contemporary Stainless-Steel Roaster. It is the perfect size. It doesn't slip, the silicone has some grab to it. It is so easy to clean up. Easier the my metal non-stick roaster in my huge turkey pan. And silicone, a natural substance is much safer to use than non-stick. I highly recommend this rack. My only wish is that it came in black.

No need to mince words - the William Bounds Sili Gourmet V-Shaped Roasting Rack is the last roasting rack you will need to buy. This rack appears to be manufactured from first rate materials. As you can surmise from reading all the other reviews of this product, I am not alone in my assessment. For me, this was a no-brainer. I now truly enjoy the roasting process. Why? Let's face it; cleaning a roasting rack is a royal pain. This rack eliminates this time consuming chore and makes cleaning a breeze! Easy clean-up is a good thing. Enjoy.

A silicone roasting rack is a great idea and much needed, given that most "non-stick" roasting racks are anything but. However, this version is not well executed. It is way too small to have much utility. You can get a single small pork roast on it, but that's about it. You won't be using this for baking poultry pieces, pork chops, etc., and don't even think you could put a turkey on it. Somebody needs to take this idea and make a big version of it. They would sell a million of them.
