This pepper mill and salt shaker set met my expectations. I'd been looking long and hard for a set with this basic design that functioned well. The only draw back is that both the pepper and salt are dispensed in a narrow diameter, so you have to pay a little more attention to where the seasoning is going.

just wanted a simple design that wasn't too junky (just was not interested in the plastic ones). the salt shaker holes are large enough that it actually "pours" more than shakes but the pepper grinder can be adjusted where you get coarser or finer shakes out of it.

It's Made In China. The finish looks cheaper than in the picture. Certainly not worth $25.
