I love this fat separator. I have been looking for a glass one for a long time and this one is great. The shipping took a few weeks, but it was worth the wait. I'm very happy with it.

This product is great for separating the fat from homemade stock. The silicon strainer is works well and doesn't clog easily. It gets clean in the dishwasher as the spout is difficult to clean out due to its narrow nature.

Works great although it can be difficult/dangerous to fill with a hot pan of drippings. Thin wall glass makes it quite fragile but easy to clean.
