Grade-School Bio of Taft,

This bio was written for grade school students, and I'm evaluating it from an adult perspective (since I'm reading bios of all the US presidents). This book covers all of Taft's career well for a ten-year old reader, and is probably fine for kids, but it's far too simplistic for adults. Maybe I'm just blind, but I didn't realize it was a child's book when I bought it.
It does have a lot of nice black and white photos of Taft, his family, and colleagues. |
