3.0 out of 5 stars Good on complications., January 9, 2009

If you need a textbook for medschool this is not what youre looking for. It has no information on normal pregnancy for example.
This book is good on pregnancy complications if thats all you need.
it is not a compact version of the big book and can not be considered a "pocket version" of Williams Obstetrics.
